The Claimant slipped on a pool of water by the sink area in a public toilet causing them to fall heavily on their left side, banging their arm on the sink unit as they fell, and twisting their left ankle and landing heavily on their coccyx.

It was the Claimant’s case that there was an excessive amount of water on the toilet floor in the toilets, causing the fall.
