Leonie has a wealth of experience in Clinical Negligence and catastrophic injury cases, acting for Claimants in a wide variety of claims including multi million pound injuries.

Her work in birth injury cases has been widely publicised in the Times, the Guardian and Daily Mail. She has influenced some life changing law and featured as 'Lawyer of the Week' in the Law Society Gazette.She routinely deals with actions against hospital trusts, GP's, dentists and private practices. The firm benefits from Legal Aid Agency funding for birth injury claims.

Leonie has been shortlisted for 'Clinical Negligence Lawyer of the Year' and is part of the shortlisted 'Clinical Negligence Team of the Year.

Leonie works from the Leeds office, reflecting the growth of the team and enhancing our city presence and reach. She is available at any of our offices for consultation, or by video conference.

She has a special interest in birth injury, stillbirth, delay in diagnosis and misdiagnosis of cancer, ophthalmic management and failure to prevent suicide. In addition to compensation she has secured changes in policy and facilities as well as futures for those left behind.
