Today is International Equal Pay Day which is about the longstanding efforts towards achieving equal pay for work

It’s about making sure that work of equal value is equally paid and to remove any discrimination. Equal is in terms of similarity, equivalence or value. Did you know this also includes equal terms and conditions such as Annual Leave, benefits, performance-based bonuses?

There are a number of ways you can reduce your risk of unequal pay
