Jess recently moved to Forbes from a Multi Academy Trust based on the Fylde Coast to join our growing client facing HR Consultancy Service.

She has over 10 years’ experience as a HR/People Professional within the Education, Energy Consultancy and Financial Services Sectors. Focused on building positive and strong relationships with leaders and managers to provide a value added and pragmatic service. She also brings with her a wide range of experience supporting Employee Relation issues both informally and formally, coaching and guiding at all levels throughout a range of issues and processes.
