Samantha Robinson

Sam joined the Housing and Regeneration Department in October 2019, after qualifying as a Solicitor in April 2019.

She travels across the country in order to represent Social Landlords and local authorities in relation to injunction, possession and committal proceedings. She assists her clients in addressing a range of tenancy issues including anti-social behaviour, poor property and garden condition, access difficulties, hoarding, abandonment, failed succession applications and defending disrepair claims.

Sam gained her Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) qualification in December 2023.
