Richard Clithero

Richard heads the Commercial Property team and has been a key figure in driving the growth and development of the department for over a decade. Richard is widely experience across a range of commercial property matters, including secured lending, the acquisition and development of commercial and residential sites, commercial leases and general sale and purchase matters. He has particular experience in sectors including manufacturing, land development, property investment and leisure.

Richard is ranked as a 'Leading Individual' by the Legal 500 guide to the legal profession and is known for his commercial and down to earth approach. His clients range from PLCs to SMEs and private individuals, with a particular focus on owner managed businesses. Richard has worked with a number of his clients for many years, becoming a trusted advisor to those businesses and individuals and the first port of call for their legal needs.
