Steven Dawson

Steven Dawson is a Partner within the Firm's Criminal Department, based at the Preston Office.

Steven joined the Firm in September 1991 and qualified as a Solicitor, in September 1993.Steven specialises in Criminal Law and is a qualified Duty Solicitor and Higher Court Advocate, representing both private and publicly funded clients, in relation to the whole spectrum of criminal offences.

Steven has defended prosecutions instituted by numerous prosecuting authorities, including the Police, the Crown Prosecution Service, HM Revenue and Customs, HM Customs and Excise and Trading Standards, amongst others and provides representation, from the inception of the prosecution in the police station, through to any subsequent hearings in the Magistrates Court and Crown Court.
