Josef Keeling

Josef has been with Forbes since October 2017 and works as a Paralegal handling his own caseload in the Commercial Property team. Josef qualified as a Paralegal in 2021 through completing his Level 3 CILEx Paralegal Apprenticeship, which focussed on Land Law and Conveyancing.

Primarily, Josef deals with secured lending work, with experience in representing lenders and borrowers in relation to bridging and development finance loans to be secured over commercial and residential properties. He also has experience representing housing developers in relation to the sales of plots for new build homes.

Josef also assists in a range of Commercial Property matters such as sales and purchases of commercial properties and commercial leases.
