Samuel McDevitt

Samuel is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Having worked in family law for over 17 years in a variety of roles, he now focuses solely on public law care proceedings.

Samuel is very knowledgeable in range of family law issues including the representation of parents in pre-proceedings, care proceedings, cases involving non-accidental injuries, Deprivation of Liberty and matters relating to Special Guardianship Orders.

He is experienced in representing clients with learning disabilities, mental health difficulties and is empathetic and accommodating to each individual's needs.
