Lyndsay Baxter

Lyndsay is an Associate Solicitor in the Housing and Regeneration (Property) Department. She primarily deals with a wide variety of property work specialising in site acquisitions, development agreements (including turn-key, golden brick agreements and bespoke documents for complex matters), strategic property sales and purchases, s106 agreements (and variations), option agreements and bulk securitisation/disposal/acquisition. Lyndsay has a solution driven approach to developments in order to resolving any issues that may arise within the transaction. Lyndsay also deals with utility easements and agreements (including s104, s185, s38 and s278), as well as drafting site set up documents for onward sales.

Lyndsay also deals with commercial lease matters and she has assisted a number of clients by providing reviews of their lease portfolios and drafting precedent leases for future matters, as well as providing advice on boundary responsibilities.
