Lauren heads up the Home Ownership sub-team within Housing and Regeneration (Property) acting solely for Registered Providers. She deals with a variety of property transactions including Right to Buy/Acquire, outright and shared ownership plot sales including OPSO, lease surrenders and re-grants, lease extensions, property and land auctions as well as property and land disposals and purchases. Lauren also provides regular client training and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
