Nicola joined Forbes as a partner in 2021 specialising in industrial and occupational disease claims.Nicola qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and regularly advises clients on cases involving:

• respiratory conditions including asthma and silicosis.

• noise induced hearing loss

• hand arm vibration syndrome

• carpal tunnel syndrome

Prior to joining Forbes Nicola spent 8 years at an international law firm working for insurer and corporate clients in relation to all aspects of disease litigation, guiding them through the litigious process and ensuring the best outcome for her client in a timely manner.
