Mohassan is a Senior Associate within the Commercial Property team based at our Oak House office in Walton Summit, having trained and qualified at Forbes. He advises on a range of commercial property transactions including:
- sales and acquisitions of commercial property; - commercial leases for landlords or tenants; - property estate management issues; and - advising on the property aspects of the sale or purchase of business assets and shares.
He advises clients ranging from SMEs through to large companies and charities, and in particular specialises in advising pension scheme administrators and individual clients with SIPP and SSAS property transactions.
