Mohammad is an experienced Solicitor dealing with business immigration, asylum and human rights matters for over 15 years.

He is an experienced solicitor who can solve your Immigration problems and can advise on all aspects of UK Immigration law.Mohammad has the expertise in the following areas; Sponsor licence applications, skilled worker visas, health and care visas, spouse and fiancé applications, Student visas, Settlement applications, naturalisation and child registration and business visas to name a few.

He is highly skilled in advising on business immigration matters. He will assist you through every step of the process by providing straightforward advice, preparing applications, providing legal representation and challenging refusals. He is also capable of providing training to the businesses that hold sponsor licences on audits and right to work checks. He can also assist and advise about the Home Office compliance visit.

Mohammad has worked with businesses from a variety of sectors nationally in helping them to acquire a Sponsor licence to employ migrant workers. He advises on compliance related issues, carrying out correct right to work checks and the business practices and HR systems they need in order to implement, secure and retain their licence. He is capable in providing training in these areas.

He has advised clients on the skilled worker routes, innovator founder routes and start up visas and assisting with various business routes that have been introduced by the Government.

Mohammad has also appeared on a local radio programme to advise callers on their immigration issues and queries. He was also on BBC radio Manchester expressing his views on latest immigration policies announced by the Government.

He is an experienced advocate and has represented clients at the First tier Immigration tribunal, Upper tribunal and County Court.
