Matthew Jones

Matthew is an Partner within the Commercial Property team. Matthew has developed long term relationships with many sole trader and SME clients, and helped them in working on all manner of projects such as the lease of shops and restaurants. A large part of Matthew's caseload is working with Private and Public Sector Housing clients in the acquisition of development sites, through to the site set up and plot disposals where he supervises a team dedicated principally to this.

Additionally, Matthew's work involves a wide range of other commercial property matters including option and overage agreements, pre-planning arrangements, secured lending work, general landlord and tenant matters and dealing with the property aspects of business asset and share sales. Matthews's clients include those from the engineering and manufacturing, education, and childcare sectors they instruct him in their industry specific property related transactions.

Matthew is also an active member of our firm wide construction sector, supporting projects and businesses within this industry.
