Jaime works within the Corporate department and supports fee earners with transactions.

This includes liaising with clients and assisting with the due diligence process, carrying out research and producing ancillary documents, amending contractual documents and handling post completion matters such as stamp duty on the purchase of shares and filing documents at Companies House.
