My awards and achievements
Helen has over 20 years' experience working with national retailers and restaurateurs in helping them expand their property portfolios across the country. From new Leases and renewal Leases to mid-term lease management such as assignments, variations and Licences for Alterations etc., she offers a one-stop shop for all business property needs.
Helen's client base consists mainly of SMEs ranging from new start-ups to established multi-site operators and has included Max Spielmann, Klick Photopoint, The Fragrance Shop, Sock Shop, THE Chinese Buffet, DOMU Brands, Footasylum plc, Bench, NICCE clothing, Søstrene Grene, Pastan and Six by Nico.
In addition to landlord and tenant work, Helen also helps with sales and purchases of commercial property, securing lending against it, as well as advising on the property aspects of company sales and purchases.
Helen is an active member of the Manchester Law Society Commercial Property Committee, a Recognised Professional in Chambers and Partners 2018 - 2020 and a 2024 Recommended Lawyer in Legal 500.
