Ella is a Solicitor within Forbes' Housing and Regeneration department, working within the housing litigation sub-team.Ella represents and assists Registered Providers of social housing with a wide range of areas within the specialist area of leasehold, such as advising on service charge arrears, commercial leasehold, boundary disputes, lease extensions and much more.Ella also has extensive experience in the area of civil litigation having worked in the personal injury sector before joining Forbes, dealing with complex matters from inception to Trial. This experience supports her considerably when dealing with Defendant matters here at Forbes, as she has sat at the other side of the table.Ella is also fluent in Arabic and hopes to use this skill to communicate with some of the firm's prospective clients.
