Elizabeth Whitaker

Elizabeth qualified as a solicitor in 2007. She specialises in the drafting of Wills and Trusts, Probate, inheritance tax planning including advising in relation to Agricultural and Business Property reliefs, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the Court of Protection Deputyship applications.Elizabeth is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a fully accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly SFE).
