David Scully

David is a Duty Solicitor dealing with Police Station investigations, Magistrates Court Hearings which include Bail Applications, Plea hearings, Trial and Sentence where appropriate. He qualified in 2003 having commenced work for the Firm in 1993 as a Crown Court Clerk.

He deals with a number of various offences and have experience of dealing with Road Traffic matters. Recently dealing with a Excess Alcohol matter where Special Reasons were found and the Client was able to retain their licence due to comprehensive preparation and medical reports being obtained.

David have a LLb (Hons) in Law validated by the University of Glamorgan and holds CLSA Accreditation together with the Duty Solicitor Qualification.
