David is a Partner and Head of the Corporate team. He has many years' experience in dealing with a wide range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and restructuring.
David has developed a strong reputation over the last 15 years for working closely with clients and their other advisers to get deals done quickly and practically. With particular experience in the professional services and entertainment sector, David has worked with clients from start-ups to public companies, helping them to achieve their goals and move their businesses forwards.
