We have extensive experience in handling cases where there has been an accident in school or on a school trip or where there have been allegations of a failure to educate or bullying. We also regularly act as the Clerk to Local Education Authorities Exclusion and Admission appeals and represent LEAs at Special Education Needs tribunals.

We offer training to our clients and recently presented a headline seminar to over 100 School Governors and Head Teachers on the subject of "Injury Claims relating to Education".
