From Amputation Risk to £675,000 Settlement

The Claimant was injured in a pedestrian road traffic accident when a car collided with them as they walked. As a result of the collision, the Claimant suffered multiple injuries, with the most serious being a leg injury. The Claimant faced the possibility of amputation due to the non-union of the bone.
