The Claimant unintentionally consumed a dish containing nuts while dining at the establishment in November 2023. Despite informing the restaurant and its employees about their allergy before placing their order, the Claimant needed immediate medical attention after suffering a severe allergic response.

Following the incident, the Claimant contacted Forbes Solicitors to make a claim for the anaphylactic shock they suffered because of ingesting nuts at the restaurant. Medical evidence was obtained and damages were negotiated successfully on the Claimant’s behalf.
